* Select your country
* Select the account you want. If you are new to this and use it only to receive and send money, select the personal starter ... then click on get started
* Fill in the requested data correctly in accordance with identity card which you will use for verification.
* When finished, click Next, then fill in your log in data correctly including e-mail address that you will use for the transaction.
* If you have, click Register ...
* You will be given confirmation that the account has been created.
* The next step is to open the e-mail, and check the inbox. If the e-mail address that you input was correct, it should now have an e-mail from Alertpay. Open the e-mail address and click on the link to verify email ...
* You will be taken back to the website Alertpay. Enter your password and click Log In.
* Then you will be prompted to create a PIN number. Just like an ATM, your PIN number required to fill out before doing the transaction.
* If you have, click Submit ... then completed the first step to open the account in AlertPay
